No Firsts Rebuild Progress?

Hey all. Just wondering what to do with my rebuild project. I'm fully aware I have absolutely no RB talent, but I'm not winning anything anyway this year. I'm wondering if I'm set up well enough for a 2021 run if I can make a few good draft picks in the mid to late rounds to be in the playoff hunt?

QB Joe Burrow
QB Jordan Love

RB Ke'Shawn Vaughn
RB Darrynton Evans
RB Royce Freeman
RB Rashaad Penny
RB Anthony McFarland
RB Mike Boone
RB Corey Clement

WR CeeDee Lamb
WR Jerry Jeudy
WR Henry Ruggs
WR Brandon Aiyuk
WR Mike Williams
WR Nelson Agholor
WR Tim Patrick
WR Darnell Mooney
WR KJ Hamler
WR Antonio Gandy-Golden
WR Jalen Guyton
WR Collin Johnson

TE Mike Gesicki
TE Tyler Kroft
TE Adam Trautman

PICKS:
2021 (3) 2nds, (3) 3rds, (1) 4th
2022: (1) 1st, (1) 2nd, (1) 3rd, (1) 4th

If I was to draft two viable RBs and a third flex option in the upcoming draft, do you think I'd ready to be in the hunt next year, or am I still at least two years away? It seems like nobody wants to deal 2021 picks in this league anymore, I've tried.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Patience will be key here. It's tough to project until we see what you draft and how they come out, but you have some great building blocks in place. Things can change quickly, but I think you are a couple years out.

the chances of you drafting those players with the picks you have is very unlikely.
That being said, you aren't in horrible shape. you have a QB that will be there for years and 4 great rookie prospects in lamb, juedy, ruggs, and aiyuk.

I'd look to try to move your other WRs, RBs, and TEs for picks/small move ups. ie trade someone and a 3rd for a 2nd, if you can someone pull off your earliest 2nd plus a player for a contender's 1st, that would be great too, or invest in 2022 picks. If you focus on trading your 2021 capital and players for 2022, you could find yourself, in 2022 able to trade or draft some RBs and your core four WRs will be entering their 3rd season.

You have patience lol but you are set at QB, WR and potentially at TE. I would focus now on RBs so maybe trade anyone after your top 4 WR, to get more 22 1sts.

I think you have a long ways to go here. Nice young wrs at the top but they'll take time. Nothing to get excited about at rb and will be tough to land the ”sure things” drafting in rd 2.

I'd likely shoot for 2023 and beyond if you plan on keeping the wrs in tact. Don't trade away future 1st 👍

I would attempt to sell every single one of these players for draft capital, or try and package for a better young prospect. You are a few years out. Stay patient and draft BPA with every pick. If it ends up that you get three WRs with your three 2nds, then so be it.
