This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Deion Branch is still on the clock in the 27th round of my dynasty start up (12 teams)...is this crazy good value, or am I missing something?

Sure. In the 27th, anything goes. Branch is worth rostering.

I just took him...I mean doesnt it stand to reason that he will get the softer coverage and CB2 or even 3 with Ocho and Welker there?

It also stands to reason that he gets less targets.

That late in the draft you can't really make a mistake. You know what Branch is capable of doing and he has plenty of value at that point. Some depends on your overall strategy if you prefer purely upside/potential or stable at that point in the draft. He's a fine selection there.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.
