Preston Williams for second/D. Evans?

Right now I am fifth in a 14 team super flex league 1 PPR.
Do I trade Darryton Evans and an early 2021 second for Preston Williams? I feel he’s been still recovering from ACL surgery and could start to really takeoff with Tua starting.
My current wide receivers are: Godwin, Hopkins, Cooks, Bryan Edwards, Tim Patrick.

Williams is an interesting case because of the upside, but I think I would rather hold the early 2nd+ here.
