Final Trade that I accepted

Give: Mathews/Little/'12 2nd/'13 2nd
Get: Maclin/J-Stew/'12 1st/'13 1st

Give: Mathews and Little
Get: Maclin and J-Stew

Am I crazy for not taking this right now?

Also this is in a vacuum dont take a roster into account.

Crazy? Maybe not. But I'm having a hard time NOT liking that deal for you.

Only reason I am thinking is that Mathews has the chance to actually be the man while J-Stew might still have another 2+ years. Also you have Little who could be at Maclins level if he gets good QB play out of the young arms in Cleveland.

All true. But I don't know if Mathews is really any closer to being the man right now than Stewart is, and Maclin is already at Maclin's level. :)

So, if things break right, the players you have might develop into the players you'd acquire in trade. And if things don't break right? Sound like I'd rather do the trade and get the certainty.

Yup I got some more out of the deal by waiting it out a little bit and just saying I didn't really want to get ride of Mathews. See the trade above...
