Buying Watson - SF

Team 1 in Signature. 4-2 currently in 3rd

Another team fell to 2-4 and threw almost every player up on trade block. Including Watson. Would love to make a move for him, but not sure where to go.

Would offering Teddy, and DK Moore get me anywhere close? I'm still newer at SF leagues, and have been laughed at before with offers, so coming to ya'll before taking that route again.

Him:
Watson, Rodgers, Darnold, Hurts
DK, Sutton, Jeudy, Parker, Hardman, P. Williams, Mims, V. Jefferson, T. Johnson
RoJo, Swift, Chubb, Akers, L. Perine, Boone
Fant, Gesicki, Herndon

I think the offer is pretty light. Bridgewater + Moore + a 1st might have a better shot, but could still be light. SF values are tough. You could always ask the owner what he/she is thinking.

Why not go for DK (I assume Metcalf) if he is up for grabs? Maybe first + second + Golladay + Deebo can start the discussion?

Thanks. I know in SF leagues Watson is regarded as a top 10-12 asset, but depending on who you are, Moore is regarded as a top 10 WR and top 25 overall guy. I figured that it would certainly take a lot to net him - he's still very young, but with him going on the trade block, it's worth looking into.

It is DK Metcalf. I get the buzz around him - it's definitely warranted - but I do like my WR core. I think my time would be better spent looking at positions I am weaker in (RB/QB) rather than bolstering my already strongest position.

The price to land Watson is going to be pretty high and he is still a young qb where the owner could build around him. Why not look at a cheaper alternative here and ask about ARod? After a horrible week last week it may be a perfect time to add him.
