14 team, standard PPR league. Received an offer of my CeeDee for Jefferson & a 2021 1st (late). My team is in a major rebuild so the 1st would help although it will likely be late (owner is currently 1st in the league). I love CeeDee but Jefferson is looking to be pretty solid too. Is a late 1st enough to move him?

I think they're close in value than that, so I'd take it, especially if you are rebuilding and the 1st is a '21 pick

The 1st on top is solid in a rebuild, but tough to move Lamb. Both rookie WR's look like great assets however, so I think this trade helps your rebuild.

Yes, I would absolutely do that. I'd honestly rather have Jefferson straight up at this point. He's put up comparable fantasy production to Lamb, and that's in spite of (1) only playing ~61% of snaps weeks 1 and 2 (vs. 89% this week, and Lamb's 80%+ in weeks 1 and 2), (2) playing for a team averaging 235 passing yards per game (vs 381 for Lamb), and (3) playing outside (vs Lamb in the slot).

At this point I see them as equal, so a free 1st is a steal.

I'd be happy to take that, especially if you're in a major rebuild. You're better off drafting in volume to take as many chances at hitting as you can. If you were downgrading more heavily I wouldn't but Jefferson has been extremely productive and looks to be nearly as good an asset long term as Lamb. Getting another spin of the rookie draft wheel for a minor downgrade is nice value.
