RBs bad, WRs good, help with trade please!
In my Dynasty #4 (in signature) my RBs are bad and my WRs are good.
Could/should I move a WR for a RB?
And if so, which one?
Or should I ride with five really good WR and hope it offsets?
12-man league, 1 ppr, we start qb-rb-rb-rb-wr-wr-wr-wr-te-flex-k-d.
My starting RBs right now are Conner, DJohnson, and garbage RB3 (Breida, Edmonds, JHoward, Cohen IR, etc.)
My starting WRs are Tyreek, Golladay, KAllen, Jeudy, and Jefferson. (Bench is AMiller, Amendola, Alshon, Berrios)
I was thinking Keenan Allen was the guy to move? What RB could I ask for in return? Here are some ideas:
Montgomery
Singletary
Gibson
Swift
Hunt
Carson
Drake
Mostert
JRobinson
Gurley
Bell
Thoughts? Thanks!

You should be able to get most of those guys for Allen. I would ask the Robinson owner what they want and if I give Allen, I'd expect something back.

Re: RBs bad, WRs good, help with trade please!
Based on your build, here are my thoughts for the guys you listed if Robinson were the piece you are moving:
Montgomery - I would need an early 1st on top
Singletary - pass
Gibson - I would need a 1st on top.
Swift - Could be good value long term, but would still want a pick on top. Tough week to be trying to buy Swift and get value.
Hunt - I would need a 1st on top with Chubb coming back
Carson - pretty close in value based on production if healthy, but may need a 2nd on top.
Drake - I would need an early 1st on top.
Mostert - hold off until you see what the injury is.
JRobinson - pass, he is fading a bit.
Gurley - pass
Bell - pass
Outside of the right price, Robinson is a tough sell because he seems undervalued and is a much better player then I feel must owners will give for him.

Re: RBs bad, WRs good, help with trade please!
I think you have to be realistic about things.
You really need to look at the other team. The reality is in the current NFL probably most of the teams in your league are in the same situation as you. Everyone has a bevy of WRs. And everyone needs running backs. So when you're looking to move a WR for a RB you're probably going to have to give up some value and aren't likely to get trades accepted where the value is equal.
So first order of business is probably seeing if any of the teams with those guys have extra RBs or are bereft of WRs. Most likely there are only 1 or 2 teams in your league in that situation if any, so I would focus on those first. Everyone else is going to tell you they are trying to move WRs for RBs themselves, so why would they make a deal in the opposite direction unles they're getting a huge win on value.

I guess I completely misunderstood that, sorry! I would be happy with almost any of these guys for Kyle Allen long term. I would be weary of: Singletary, Gurley, Mostert and Bell long term, but still decent value for Allen, but I don't view him as a long term starter.wickerkat1212 wrote: ↑Mon Oct 19, 2020 10:28 amMoving Kyle ALLEN, sorry if that wasn't clear. Buiznitch may be the guy to target. He has the 5th best RB, but the worst WR.
RB: Jacobs, Gibson, Swift, Gore, Burkhead, Jamaal Williams, Vaughn, Gallman, Ty Johnson, Samuels
WR: DParker, ESanders, Edelman, SMiller, MVS, JReynolds, Stills, Zay, DeSean
Maybe I could offer Allen + Cohen for Gibson + garbage? Or Swift instead of Gibson. Both are about the same.
(Trade analyzer here at DLF has either of these trades as in HIS favor. 404 > 302 for Gibson, 404 > 383 for Swift.)

I dont understand. The only Allen I see in your #4 is the WR. And I dont see that this is a SF league. Kyle Allen is worth absolutely nothing in that format.

I assumed it was Robinson too, hence all my response before finding out it was the QB. I figured it was SF with Kyle Allen being any type of trade option. I guess we will find out.
