Juju Price Check

What is are new price on Juju?

Would you send a late first in a rebuild and hope he walks this offseason? Is that too much? Too light?

What about comparing him to players? Is he still valued above guys like Boyd, Chark, Hollywood, Kupp?

Thinking of offering 2 late firsts (two highest PPG in league) and Hamler for Boyd and Juju in team 2 but I don't know if I want to be disappointed by Juju in 2 leagues.

I think a late first is a little light, but its entirely possible someone would jump on that.

A couple recent trades (1PPR):
OBJ for Juju and at 2023 2nd
JUJU and Rivers (Superflex) for NKeal Harry, 2021 1st, 2021 2nd
JUJU for Akers and Mims

So looking at those, I think he's probably being valued around a late 2021 1st, maybe a little higher.

I think if you're talking about a rebuild you're mainly considering the trade for any type of value increase next year. Its going to be highly dependent on where he ends up going, since i think we are all pretty sure he won't be in PIT next year. I think for him to be successful he needs to be somewhere that utilizes the slot receiver and has a solid outside receiver (even a #1 WR) to draw coverage away from him (a la Antonio Brown). I don't really want him going anywhere where he is asked to be the WR#1 on his team.

The good thing is that he is young. I'm pretty sure he will be 24 in December if I remember correctly, so 24 at the start of next season. Still plenty of years ahead of him if he can get back into a good system for him.

Good stuff here. I personally would still pay a mid 1st for JuJu for long term hope. I think he is still a solid asset, but his start to this year combined with his injury plagued 2019 are a bit concerning. If a were selling JuJu, I would need an early 1st+. I just don't think it's time to panic sell him, but in the same breathe, I would happily buy low or for a decent price.

Certainly not an offer I would have taken in the off-season, so my valuation on JuJu personally has certainly dropped. I think you'll find that owners now are willing to sell at a bit of a 'discount' compared to what they probably paid for him

Ridley's value has also skyrocketed this season though...probably worth more than JuJu was this offseason. I think it's kind of nuts that you were able to sell JuJu for that return right now.

Ridley's value has also skyrocketed this season though...probably worth more than JuJu was this offseason. I think it's kind of nuts that you were able to sell JuJu for that return right now.

Yeah, to be frank the deal was a little more complex than that: I gave JuJu + Slayton + two '21 2nds for Ridley + Monty

Honestly I think this deal is worse, especially considering that 1.07 shouldve been MT or Henry based on ADP in June '16.
