Keenan Allen vs Joshua Kelley

The last place team in my league is looking to sell of assets. Has Keeanan Allen on the block. I sent him a deal and he countered with my third and Joshua Kelley. I don't need WR's but would like RB depth. Is this still a smart move? Just lost Cook for a week or so.

And we now know why he is a last place team. Even in a non PPR Keenan is worth at least 5x this amount.

I would petition the league to have this guy removed. That's horrible to the rest of the league.

Keenan Allen's value plummeted for no reason especially now that we see Herbert is helping more than Rivers did the last year.
