So update: I switched my offer (because he has Boyd on the block too). It is 3 first, a second and Hamler for Boyd, DJM and Juju. I know he does not have faith in Juju because he told me he won't move DJM unless Juju is either gone first or involved and Boyd was on the block since week 1.
