QB Situation - 1QB

Team in signature, 1QB league. Currently 3-2 but 2nd in points for, potential points for, and all play.

Russell Wilson is on BYE this week. I thought I'd have Herbert to cover but his BYE was moved to this week too as of Monday. The only QB on the wire is Joe Flacco...

I hate the idea of trying to bandaid this by trading for a QB I really don't need past this weekend. I also hate the idea of starting Joe Flacco in 2020. Any creative ideas or do I bite the bullet here? Should I see what the Hebert market looks like?

I would just roll Flacco for the week and take what he gives point wise.

Yea, I’d probably keep what you have, but I don’t know how many players you keep year to year. If you plan to keep Russ and Herbie both long term, don’t move them. If you only have Herbie on the roster for Russ’s bye week and if he gets hurt, but will not carry him over until next year, I’d trade him. Additionally, you could trade a RB/WR/TE for a fill week QB *if* you are confident afterwards you can turn that third QB back into an RB/WR/TE later on via another trade.
