You have some really solid pieces. Losing Prescott hurts a lot, but I dont think it destroys your entire season necessarily. If you wanted to blow it up, you have some valuable pieces.

I would blow up. A. Jones is the only piece that scares me on your team. You could get some great value by trading him, K Allen, Rivers, and Crowder.
