Too much for Diontae Johnson?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

That's fine. Not as big a fan as some, around here, I think he's a possession receiver, and may be a solid WR 2. Saying that, Samuel is a bit player, and a 2nd is a dice roll. Davis will be worthless in 3 weeks or so.

Way too little for me to consider moving Johnson

Too much? I'd guess even those relatively low on Johnson would think it's too little.

Good price considering Davis is worthless as soon as CMC comes back. I would make this deal now if it's an option.

I'm not as high on Johnson as some, but given the targets he's gotten when healthy this season I'd absolutely pay the Panthers' WR3, an RB who will be worthless when CMC comes back later this season, and a dice roll in a draft that I dont think is as deep as '20 for him.
Team 1: 2012-2016
2013 Champion, 2012 Runner-Up

Team 2: 12 Team PPR - 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2 R/W/T, 23 man rosters, est. 2016
2021 Champion, 2020 Runner-up
Tua, Purdy Geno, Carr
JT, Ekeler, Mostert, Javonte, Chuba, D. Harris, M. Carter, J. Hill, Spiller
Chase, AJB, Amon-Ra, Aiyuk, Olave, DJM, Dell
Andrews, McBride, Engram
IR(3): Chubb, M. Williams, Rodgers
Taxi(4): J. Palmer, Tolbert, T. Palmer
2024 Picks: 3, 4, 5

Team 3: 12 Team PPR, 6 pt Pass TD - 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 3 R/W/T, 28 man rosters, est. 2019
2021 Champion, 2022 Runner-up
Jackson, Love, Tannehill, Z. Wilson
Barkley, Mixon, Mostert, J. Wilson, CEH, Gaskin, J. Hill
J. Jefferson, Diggs, Waddle, Evans, Metcalf, Sutton, R. Moore, Slayton, Berrios, Carter, Dortch, Powell, Raymond
Kelce, Dissly, Hooper
2024 Picks: 1

I thank you all for your answers. The DJ owner said he wanted to wait until after this game to trade him to me because his opponent has Big Ben. Worked for me because that led me to starting Claypool and his 4 TDs!!

Now I’m wondering, since I already have Claypool, should I still make this trade for Diontae?? I’m a Steelers homer and all preseason I’ve been listening to local radio talk about how much Ben loves Claypool so I targeted him and have him on my bench. Could he turn out to be the WR1 for Steelers instead of DJ? I can’t imagine carrying both DJ and Claypool week to week. Thoughts?

There's a guy in my league with 2 Steelers WRs - Juju and Claypool - and he's doing just fine.

I know how you feel about Claypool today too because I started my first ever best ball league today... and I have Claypool! :D

P.S. Also where is the shrug emoji when you need it! Doesn't look like DLF has one?

Yup if you've got 2 top wrs on a good offense your golden to play them
One league I'm rolling Dk, lockett and Russ. Currently top scorer and undefeated in incredibly large part from that trio

Absolutely take DJ and then trade him if you want, his value is >>> the peanuts you’re giving up to acquire him.
