Rebuild: Trade D Adams for AJ Brown+

Not for the team in sig. I'm in a major rebuild in a superflex league where we start 1QB, 3 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 2 WRT, 1QWRT.

My team is horrible. I have Lamar Jackson, Davante Adams, and that's about it. (Some promising rookies but obviously not looking to move those guys)

I was thinking about floating out trade offers to competing teams with Titans players, guessing they may be getting frustrated with them continuing to miss games. (Was also thinking about targeting injured players)

I was going to offer Adams for Brown +, but wasn't sure what else to ask for. Would Brown and Antonio Gibson move the needle? Guy also has Hunt, Saquon, Slayton, Boyd.

Its hard to tell without having the entire team in picture (ie what RBs you have) but Saquon would work But I doubt this would get accepted.

I might with Adams for AJB + Gibson + Slayton. I think that's a solid haul. Also might try for Saquon straight up (although in a 3RB league I'm guessing that would be a total non-starter).

Depending on what you can get added to Brown, I could see the deal being helpful in a major rebuild.

My other RBs are D Henderson, D Swift, C Akers, J White, A Dillon, B Scott. So not good, but again it's not like one star player will fix that group or make me a competitor. Wouldn't mind getting Saquon back
