Preston Williams value?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Williams if this is an option, but I'm guessing it's very light.

Breida, Edelman, Howard should be priced similarity to Williams. I think Thomas would be too light.

Williams has much more value. I grabbed Logan off ww before season but right now I can’t see anyone giving me something for him right now. There seems to be a lot of love for Williams.

I agree with this. A lot of people are still hopeful he can turn into a WR2. May not happen with multiple ACL injuries but I'd put his value at a early 3rd still.

This is recency bias on Preston. The dude isn't even at the 12-month mark in his ACL recovery and it's obvious watching him. Now is the time to BUY. Tua to Preston will be a thing in the future.

Agree that this is recency bias. As a team rostering Williams I'm not interested in selling for a 3rd. Regardless of his true value, you're not going to convince teams that have him to sell at that price.

I wouldn't give Preston for any of them but it's not too far off

I would not sell for a 3rd. I like what I saw before the injury to hold. An early to mid 2nd I would consider.

Some Preston truthers out there. I have him in redraft and am considering making a push for him in dynasty. Might try for Isaiah Ford instead though.

This is not recency bias. His value came from the volume he was getting last year alone. He really was mediocre last season, and it looks like he's been past on the depth chart by Ford. On the year he has 6 catches on 17 targets. He could have a game or 2, but personally I'd rather take my shot on a 3rd round rookie at this point. Miami should be bringing in guys that will take over probably both Ford and Williams role next year whether it be through free agency or the draft.
