Zeke offer

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Zeke offer

Postby JoshuaGordon_9 » Thu Oct 01, 2020 10:40 pm

Team 2
0.25 PPC, SF, TE Premium

Just put Zeke and DK on my Trade Block. Definitely not a contender, not coming in bottom 3 either. Stuck in no mans land. 1-2 on the year. 7th in standings, 7th in points.

Got these offers, any of them good enough to move Zeke in a 0.25 point per carry league?

Give: Zeke
Get: JuJu, Sutton, 1st (mid)

Give: Zeke, DK
Get: Lamar, Hasty

Give: Zeke
Get: Conner, 2022 1st

Offer one is the only one that sorta interests me. Prices for elite RBs are steep though. Could I get more here?
Offer two, I get that this is a SuperFlex, but Zeke AND DK for Lamar? Seems way too steep for me. In this format not even sure I'd move just Zeke for Lamar honestly.
Offer three just sounds like a guy who is throwing out a random dart throw hoping it sticks. Pretty sure I'm declining.

Am I missing anything here?

I would hold. Getting Jackson would be huge, but that is pricey. I would also build around Metcalf long term.

I would also hold.

If there's one thing I'm sure about in fantasy football, it's that you're going to want to hold DK Metcalf to build around.

Honestly, I don't really want to sell either them or Sanders. But was throwing them out there to see what type of return I could get. Gotta give to get. Appreciate it. Thinking that around week 10 or so the contenders will be really trying to make a push, and I can sell higher.

Exactly this. Spot on.
See where you are at in Week 10. If you're contending for playoffs keep, if not then put him back on the trade block and you'll get much better offers.

Your team needs a massive rebuild and Zeke won't be elite when your team is rebuilt. If you aren't going to get a top pick your stuck in the middle. I'd move Zeke, the middle offer seems decent, two young wr's and a 1st. This helps you a few ways. Your gain two top young wr's, but with Sutton hurt, it will help you lose more aiding you with a higher pick. I'd also wait for Cousins to hopefully string together a few decent games and look to move him. I'd also try and acquire a young qb if possible at some point that has upside.
