Jeudy/OBJ vs Davante Adams

Postby Trevormortis » Thu Oct 01, 2020 8:19 am

For team 1 in sig. Davante Adams owner has been interested in Jeudy. I need to drop or trade some players to deal with losing Ben and Tannehill this week and taking D Harris off IR.

Would you offer Jeudy and OBJ for Davante Adams? Too little? Too much?

Seems a little steep, but I'm very high on Jeudy. I don't view Beckham as a great asset anymore, so if you are low on Jeudy, the price might be just right in your eyes.

How is this not easily Adams? We’re talking about the WR1 in scoring who has a path to continue that production for next 3-4 years.

OBJ isn’t an elite fantasy producer and Jeudy would have to become a top 5 guy by next year to make this look even.

Edit: I would be stunned if the Adams owner accepted this

Adams easily for me, mainly because you are in competing window, Jeudy and OBJ aren't going to win you leagues this year or next year.

This is easily Adams. OBJ is declining in value and Jeudy is not enough to bridge the gap to an elite asset like Adams

Agreed. If I'm selling my Adams, OBJ does nothing for me
I have no interest on having him in my lineup.

I don’t want anything to do w obj anymore. He is not startable half the time as there are so many games he only gets single digit points. You can find that production on the wire

Its very sad and true....lol

if you are an OBJ owner you pretty much have to start him solely because of him name....

OBJ is mid level. Mayfield is not good, thus OBJ will not be good. Jeudy has potential to be elite, but Adams already is. The goal is to obtain ELITE players, ie difference makers not get rid of them.
QB: Mayfield, Bridgewater, Fitzpatrick
RB:David Johnson, Mixon, Chubb, James Robinson, Mattison, K Vaughn
WR: AJG, K Allen, D Adams, JuJu, C Godwin, D Slayton, S Miller
TE: Engram, Kittle
K: Succup
Def.: Arizona

Champions 2006 and 2018. Second a few times in between, again in 2019.

No PPR. Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB,WR,TE) 1K 1 1 Def
Drop 7 ea yr. 20 player roster with up to 2 IR
