Time to deal after slow start

Leaning towards taking it. 1st probably would be between 1.07-1.12, but who knows...?

The first. You aren't competing so Davis and Hyde have little to no value to you. Olsen and Edelman should retire here soon.

If you want to counter and add something you can but as it stands, I don't think you are losing much and I don't know how much more you could get.

I would try and counter to get his 2nd, not 3rd. If you can't, go for it. These are aging or replacement pieces.

I would be okay with the first option in a rebuild, but may be able to squeeze a bit more out of it.
