D Schultz

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

D Schultz

Postby dblj1199 » Thu Sep 24, 2020 7:15 am

Is he worth a add? He's done nothing in his first two seasons and with Jarwin out for the season he had 10 tragets in last weeks game. Will he continue to see all the looks or was it simply where they were behind by sooo much and passing like crazy (they threw 47 times). I don't need a te, but I guess it never hurts to have productive players. Any thoughts on him?

I think he is worth an add if you have the roster space. If he keeps it up, you might be able to move him in a few weeks.

Sure worth an add. He already had 4 targets in week one, then got 10 despite just playing on 70% of the offensive snaps, and caught 90% of those. Sure he won't get 10 targets every week, but he already seems to have the trust of his QB and plays a lot more snaps than the other (healthy) DAL TE's, so he should remain their top TE for the rest of the season, barring a vet signing.

It doesn't matter what we want. Once we get it, we want something else.

He's worth an add. I'd go after sample first if he's available.

Schultz didn't look special but Dallas is a high volume offense and will likely be throwing the ball a lot again this year.
