Trying to make a fair trade - help.

League 2 in my sig. I just acquired Barkley and a 2021 3rd for Royce Freeman and a 2021 1st. I probably shouldn't feel guilty because the trade was sent to me but one owner was very angry and went on a rant in the league chat. Owner who sent me the trade was fine with the deal, is 2-0, and has a lot of firepower but whatever. I only give that information because I'm trying to swing a trade now that isn't as lopsided and I'm having a brain fart.

Owner with Matt Ryan and Brady is looking to rebuild. More so looking at Ryan over Brady. My QBs aside from Russel Wilson are Sam Darnold, Lock ( ), and Tua.

I'm trying to make an offer and coming up with nothing.

I hate "help me GM my team" posts but uh, lil help?

I might float out Marquis Brown+Van Jefferson for Ryan just to see how he feels about it. Won't be enough but never know if it's his best offer he has had.

You could try sending Jeudy for Ryan since you are contending. It's probably considered a slight overpay in a vacuum but at this point you will need to do it. Ryan is on fire and will have a good season.

Or don't worry about it. Darnold will get better...I think.

Nice job hitting the lottery. Darnold and Ryan are probably valued pretty close. Maybe throw in Van or Edwards as a sweetener.

Assuming the guy put Barkley out as trade bait, the other owners have nothing to complain about if they didn't make an offer.

As for your QB situation, I would consider offering your 2021 1st for Ryan. Ryan probably puts you in solid championship contention.

He put out to the entire league that he was cutting bait with Barkley. I asked what he was looking for as far as picks or just position. I got that offer. Boom. Entire league saw the chat so yeah. I don't feel bad about it. Frustrated that one owner was complaining but eh it is what it is.

I assume he'll come back offering the same but my 1 and I get back his 2. They could be one pick difference (no more than 3 or 4) so I'd probably jump on it.
