Help me get DK

Team 2 in signature.

Worst team in my league has DK. He has very little top tier talent otherwise and no early picks in 2021, so he's going to need to accumulate value somewhere. We had several conversations before the season about trading DK, but never settled on anything.

What sort of package could I put together to consolidate some of my roster to land DK?

You could try for Monty straight up. Maybe add Kirk or another fringe WR if necessary. I would much rather deal Singletary vs Monty but doubt he has any interest (unless his team is trash because he’s prone to making bad deals - in which case, I’d offer Singletary + WR first).

If he has nothing... DK is someone to build around. Of he does trade, he will want a young prospect and probably two firsts. Or just two firsts if one is early. Dobbins and a first? Dionte and two firsts

In my experience you have to "overpay" to get DK. Maybe Monty and Diontae will get you DK, but I offered JKD and Tee Higgins and got told "not close".

As a DK owner hell no would I trade him straight up for Monty or Singletary. Add diontae and then maybe I would at least think about it. Would want Chubb honestly. Only RB who could match DK potential upside.

Solid package with upside for a team with no assets outside of Metcalf. As another poster said, Metcalf could be his building pillar too if a package like this is not close.

I'd stick with your depth for now and look for a rb upgrade with your roster. You have Godwin, Golladay, D Johnson, M Brown as your top 4 and Aiyuk waiting in the wings. You have Chubb as a rb1 and then question marks at rb2 with Monty and Singeltarty. I'd look to package a wr and on of your rb2's and get a low end rb 1 type.
