Saquon Offer. Sigh.

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Saquon Offer. Sigh.

Postby Ron_Y » Wed Sep 23, 2020 10:08 am

Hey all,

I am a major competitor in league 2 below. Defending champ and i want to repeat but i just lost Saquon. While my team is still very strong - i got an offer of Chubb for Saquon straight up. Hunt playing so well scares me, and i was thinking of countering with Saquon/Herbert for Chubb/Burrow.

What are your thoughts?
League 1: 2QB: 8 Years, 3x Champion, 3x Playoffs
QB: Wentz, Carr, Tanny, Flacco
RB: Saquon, Mixon, CEH, J. Robinson, Bell Latavius, J. Wilson
WR: Adams, Godwin, DK, Jefferson, Miller,Harry, Perriman, Conley
TE: Andrews, Higbee, Fells,

League 2: Superflex/IDP: 4 Years, 1x Champion, 1x Runner Up, 2x Playoffs
QB: Dak, Ryan, Wentz, Herbert
RB: Saquon, Cook, Kamara, Carson, Mostert, Dobbins, Gordon, Gaskins, Da. Johnson, White
WR: Adams, Tyreek, Amari, Woods, Hollywood Parker, Humphries, Enunwa, Agholor
TE: Kelce, Kittle Njoku, Doyle, Sternberger
IDP: Too many to list, not enough people care, too many changes

I love Saquon and Chubb, but I'd need more with Chubb to move Saquon. Saquon is only 23.

If you can get the counter, I'd do it. In a SF, going from Herbert to Burrow would be huge.

Just to clarify, is that opinion/comment including the 'upgrade' from Herbert to Burrow?

It was not. Even with Saquon's injury, I still think something could be added to Chubb and Burrow. Chubb's usage in Cleveland worries me. Last weeks game was great, but sometimes that don't feed him the ball nearly enough and they should frequently. Especially to take pressure off of Baker.

Yeah, I’d do that counter for Burrow if you can. You could always then try to package Wentz with something for another upgrade too
