This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

AJ Brown has more perceived value, Ridley has more actual value and will score more fantasy football points.

I know that AJ Brown is one of the premier YAC/Deep play guys in the league, I figured I would sell Calvin Ridley high after week 1, one of his touchdowns was a fluke, right? So I offer Calvin Ridley to the AJ Brown Owner straight up, and he accepts. Now it comes out he has a knee injury I have immediate buyers remorse. Do you think I got hosed? Short Term? Long Term?

BTW my other WR's are Davante Adams, Mike Evans, Stefon Diggs, Keenan Allen, CeeDee Lamb, and Parris Campbell
AJ brown is worth the same as ridley and market value says he’s probably worth more. No loss here

AJB is fun to have on your team in a dynasty. You have the next TO. Enjoy it.
Ridley will outscore him this year, but I will take AJB over Ridley easily.
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

Piling on. Unless you’re in full-on win-now mode, this is AJB very easily.

Even if you are in win-now mode, it's still a lateral move. We likely just saw Ridley's peak in terms of scoring and volume. He didn't get 12 targets at all in a game last year and Matt Ryan almost certainly won't throw it 57 times again in a game. I think you sold high on an outlier. Ridley is solid but Brown is better and is almost 3 years younger.
