Hines is a nice piece too and could be handy in PPR as your only useful RB I presume are Zeke, Sanders, CEH. So I'd try and grab both for a 2nd then. I'm sure a rebuilding owner would accept it too

On 2nd thought, I'd probably hold. Your 2 flex spots are down to Sanders/DK/AJB. Then you also have Gallup on the bench. I like your depth enough that you don't really need Hines or Darrel.
