Trade Diggs for Singletary?

Whiffed on a bid for picking up James Robinson for Duvernay last night on waivers which was maybe my fault bidding $81 when he went for $150 (got him for $81 for team #1 below). Lost on my backup bids as well for Darrel Williams and Hines.

Just got an offer from a WR needy team of Singletary for Diggs and yes, I'm obviously in a hole at RB unless Love somehow beats out Gibson in DC. My concern is that Moss is next man up in Buffalo and maybe it will be Thunder and Lightfoot time there but I'm not that confident on Singletary being #1 by mid-season.

I did drop Westbrook for a winning bid on Anthony Miller last night which just helps out my WR's but I'm still not sure about the offer for Diggs. Opinions out there?? Thx.

I think I’d give that a go. Diggs isn’t anything special and you can absorb the loss with all the WR you have. Clearly RB are at a premium in your league so paying that price seems fine to me.

The team was an orphan that I bought and hoping to come up with another top RB before the start of the season. DJ was already there along with CMC, and DJ is a bit of a leap of faith to his returning to being a solid RB again.

I may look for another trade partner since every analyzer I've used says he needs to add in a 2021 2nd to make the deal close to even.

I wouldn't make that trade unless you get paid off for Diggs. I don't want Singletary this season.

I'm not a fan of Diggs at all, but I would still hold him.

I prefer Singletary to Diggs slightly but they are close. RB scarcity in a larger league is real. I’m not a big fan of Diggs in general and I think he’ll drop off further in BUF. Singletary is a buy low right now I think... he still will emerge as the RB to own in BUF I think. The fumbling stuff is overblown by beat writers who are trying to get clicks during a sleepy Covid offseason. That said, I’d try to get a 2nd or a 3rd to 2nd upgrade based on current ADP.

I have Diggs much higher in value than Singletary, but you may have to overpay a bit to get a RB if they're that scarce in your league? I'd shop Diggs around and even add to him to get a more guaranteed starter, even if it's on the lower end of the scale.

The trade offer disappeared last night so everything is on hold for now. DJ did okay for me in week one and I'll see who else might be available on the blind bid waivers next week. Will also check around for another possible suitor with a WR needy team.
