I have both (Henry in 2 leagues) and not sure which I'd rather have. I think Henry is the more sure thing for this season and if he stays healthy, will remain a top option.
Fant on the other hand has a lot going on in DEN. They drafted 2 WR early and have Sutton and an unproven QB... While I think Fant has much greater potential, Henry seems like the more sure thing

I would hold Fant. Henry has struggled with injuries consistently.

Fant seems to be mostly speed from what I’ve seen. Not impressed with his hands and he doesn’t look smooth in his routes to the naked eye IMO. Henry is less sexy but is fantastic at finding the soft spot in a defense and exploiting it. Henry is just one of those guys who is going to be a top 5-7 option every year I feel whereas Fant has a touch more upside but a low floor in that DEN offense with all those other weapons.
