Murray+ vs Godwin+ in not yet SF league

Team 1 in sig, 1QB league becoming SF in 2021

Owner wants my Godwin and offered the following trade:

Give: Godwin + Tua
Get: Kyler Murray + Drake + Early 2nd

How does this look? If I did this trade I’d probably look to trade Wentz and Drake for another top WR and developmental QB. That or I could ride 3 top 7 options at QB next year when SF hits.

I feel like the value is on the Murray side but is it worth risking my shot at the title for the increase in value?

In a 1 QB league, I would definitely hold Godwin.

Close deal in a SF. Really depends on Drake for me. If he’s legit then I think that side is better. Wouldn’t consider prior to a SF but might be a good time to trade for a young stud QB. Kyler likely isn’t touchable if he has a good year and your league converts to SF

That’s my problem, it is worth it for next year but it’s a big hit this year. I’m trying to come to terms if I’d rather have Tua and Godwin or drake and Murray long term, but I see Murray as a 1 or 2 year rental at best where as Godwin has 7 solid years ahead of him most likely. Plus I’m happy enough with Russ and Wentz for awhile

Converting to SF, I think I would still hold Godwin +. Tua has a ton of upside also.
