Rebuild help

It’s my first time doing a rebuild on a team after my QB room blew up. Went into last year with Cam, Winston, Dalton & Fitz. I fixed the QB problem by adding Burrow and Tua but I have older RBs with David Johnson & Mark Ingram. Plus I lost Fournette now as a starter. I have an offer to trade DJ and Ingram for a 2021 1st and a 2021 2nd. Most likely a late 1st and late 2nd. Would you accept the offer and do a full rebuild? I also have some older WRs that I could look to trade away like Marvin Jones, DJax & Emmanuel Sanders.

Another offer I have is Marvin Jones and Anthony Miller for Mecole Hardman. I probably wouldn’t accept that but could counter and have him add another player.

I'd make the deal for DJ and Ingram. Even with the picks being late both are aging rb's and adding the picks will help. I'd be open to dealing everyone on your roster for picks or young players. Basically sell anyone and everyone off not named Burrow or Tua.

I would make the Ingram + deal. The deal helps you more long term. I would try to tone down the Hardman deal a touch, but getting Hardman could be big long term also. Outside of Burrow, Tua and Higgins, I would put everyone on the block and see if anything good comes. I say it all the time, make smart trades and be patient. Dont rush your rebuild.

I'd do the Ingram deal and the Hardman deal. Harman is the best piece and he provides good youth for you. I'd be looking to deal Cam Parker and Sanders immediately. Some others are holds until their value rebounds or grows

If I’m sending DJ and Ingram to the same team, I maybe want a little more and sell it as you are helping put him over the edge for title run. Even if it’s a year away pick. Any rebuild I am always trying to get as many picks as possible. Hardman deal I would do also, I think you already said you were going to ask for another piece. But I would take it as in if you can’t get anything else added.

Hold on to all of your 1st, second and third year players, but look to trade anyone else for as much draft capital as you can get. Bringing in those picks additional picks combined with your likely poor finishes and high draft picks over the next 2 years will put you in a great spot to rebuild.
