Thielen Offer

Have an offer of Thielen from a rebuilding team for my 2021 1st. 12 team PPR. I lost in the ‘ship last year so expect to compete/late 1st. I do think I could use help at WR but thielen age/no diggs concerns me.
Thoughts on value/thielen dynasty value?

It's a big volume gain. The guy will see plenty of targets so as long as his role doesn't change and he is fit. The doubt is there but I wouldn't overstate it. If he puts you over the edge at WR and you're honestly a top team then I'd go for it
