In my personal opinion I would take the Kittle side...

I think that the downgrade from Godwin to Lockett is less of a downgrade then the upgrade would be at the running back and tight end position

So I think it is a net win for the kittle side

Godwin is the best piece by far here. I don't think there's a HUGE gap between Kittle and Andrews or Gurley and Ekeler. I do think there's a very large gap between Godwin and Lockett. I'm not doing this deal

Or you can look at is as
Godwin > Kittle + Lockett
Andrews + Gurley > Ekeler

I don't think it helps your starting lineup. Right now you have

Flex: Godwin

That's deadly! If you do this deal, you're downgrading your flex to slightly improve your TE spot and slightly improve RB2 (which you may start Drake at more anyway)
