How would you manage this roster?

Question: trade Rodgers/Ryan/Gurley/AJG/Cooks and continue 1.5 year rebuild, or is this team good enough to compete on the fly during a retooling/rebuild?

How would you manage this team for 2020-2021 (12 team 1 PPR SuperFlex):

QB1: Aaron Rodgers - Jordan Love
QB2: Matt Ryan - Joe Burrow - Taysom Hill
RB1: Nick Chubb
RB2: Todd Gurley - D’Andre Swift - JK Dobbins
WR1: AJ Green
WR2: Stefon Diggs
Flex: Marquise Brown - Calvin Ridley - Cooks
TE: Evan Engram
2021 picks: 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4

Development: Jerry Jeudy, Tee Higgins, Michael Pittman, Brandon Aiyuk, Mike Williams, Van Jefferson, Devin Duvernay, Harry N’Keal, Corey Davis, David Njoku, Lynn Bowden

I typically prefer to get all my assets fitting the same competitive window and the plan was to begin contending 2021-2022, but IF AJG/Gurley stay healthy, IF 1-2 of the young WRs step up, and IF Engram stays healthy...I’m actually liking this roster for 2020 and have long-term QB replacements already in place.

Only you know your league, but I don't think that team is a contender, and you have a whole lot of young players/picks. I'd sell off your older players and keep building that team with young talent.

I would sell off you aging players for younger assets and picks if possible and keep building around your young core. I would be patient and not force anything though.

If there is only 1 flex spot for non-qb, I think you have a playoff team.

I mean that team is decent, I could easily see it being top 6 and a playoff team. I could also easily see an injury or two breaking the season for you. The middle is a horrible place to be. Either sell the aging big names like Rodgers, Ryan, Gurly, AJ... or sell some picks and prospects for a couple more studs and try to run with it now. I would pick a direction and go with it though.

This. The whole time reading the roster, I felt like this team could compete. I'd try and package the older WR and some picks for a young stud at the position (AJB, DK)
