Advice on trade proposal

Hey guys I just got offered this trade. I am in a rebuild what do you think?

I give:
- AJ Brown
- Lamical Perine

I get
- Jerry Jeudy
- 2021 1st

Any advice or suggestions will be appreciated.

I prefer AJ Brown here. I want to see how Jeudy does at the NFL specifically with press coverage before I'd consider giving up AJ. Being that Jeudy is a leaner receiver he's predisposed to having more injuries than AJ and we don't know who that 1st will be.

AJB for me, he's got one great year under his belt while Jeudy is still unknown even if he is expected to be great. That pick being late makes me lean AJB, if it were early/mid I would have to think more.

from a value standpoint. We already know AJ is not a bust. Take name out of the other 2 because we haven't seen them play at the NFL level. Odds are 50% that a 1st or 2nd round receiver will hit. and with that next year 1st that's probably in the same range, so from a value standpoint it's 1 player for 1 player, it's just I don't think that the player that hits is going to be as good as AJ Brown.

looking at your signature you really are in a deep rebuild. I get not being thrilled with this offer (though it is fair) but you really should be trying to get value out of AJB and Watson and Henry.

PS who is "Harris" at WR?

When in a rebuild, you want to trade away your aging studs. You want to hang onto your young players who have already displayed wr1 stud potential.

It was supposed to be N’keal Harry not Harris.

Though I agree with your statement. I don’t see how AJB and Watson are on the get value out of category. Watson has at least 3+ years of top 10 QB play if not longer. AJB was the best rookie WR last year. Wouldn’t those be guys I build around in my rebuild? I have 4 out 12 picks in the 1st round with a near lock to get Chase next year. Does an unknown Rookie WR and a late 1st help my rebuild?

Though not the prospect, Nkeal Harry was supposed to be a potential 1k WR last year, but we all see how that turned out.

I ask u because I’m in like 55-45 leaning AJB but really would like you opinion since I have also a huge interest in jeudy.

I don’t mean “get value” like dump them for whatever you can get or anything like that...I meant make trades like this one where you get very good value for them.
