Too much for Tua? Updated

Get: Tua & 2021 1st (it was originally mine).

I want to get a young QB and a 2021 1st I just wonder if this is the best move for my team?

This is not close. If you call the Swift vs the 21 1st as a draw because Swift just cost you a 20 1st then you are saying it is ok to give up Rodgers for Tua straight up. That is not close as we have no idea about Tua. And also Swift is worth more than a random 21 1st also.

As others have said, it is too much of an overpay to get Tua. But if you are going to them to initiate the trade, it will probably require an overpay to get Tua. I'm not sure if the other team is a contender but you could see about swapping Swift for Gordon.

I am clearly in the minority here but I actually don't mind the trade personally. Rodgers has one maybe two years of elite production. They already drafted his replacement. In most SF, Rodgers and Tua go pretty close to each other. I really like Swift personally but if you think Swift and the 1st are a wash, I would argue that Rodgers and Tua are also.

Good points but 2021 1st round picks might have the least amount of value ever if the entire college football season gets canceled. I'd want to hold on this for the fact that Swift is >> 2021 1st. Rodgers and Tua are a wash though if things go as expected, Tua will be really good.

I dont know if you are a competitor or not, but if you take tua it likely leaves you too thin at Qb to compete in 2020.

I'd keep Rodgers and swift and look for a better deal if you want to unload Rodgers.
