Akers + Jefferson for Dobbins?

Considering offering the pair for Dobbins as I really liked him pre-draft and unfortunately didn't fall to me in the mid/late first (stretch for sure).

Would this be a fair trade considering my situation going into this year? I know the owner and I have a feeling he would do this as he really liked both of them pre-draft and mainly took Dobbins as BPA

Seems like an overpay, but if you’re that much higher on Dobbins than Akers, I can’t imagine that not getting it done. I’d at least try Akers/Reagor first though.

I would definitely do Akers+Reagor for Dobbins

Jefferson is hard though.

With your team I suppose it's ok but I'd still try to get a 2nd or equivalent value added to Dobbins

I'm not as high on everyone else on Dobbins or Akers. But I wouldn't trade Akers and either one of Jefferson or Reagor for Dobbins. I'd hold your side here.

The gap between Akers and Dobbins is much less than either Jefferson or Reagor.

I would take Dobbins for that anyday. I aso wouldn't want Akers unless he fell to me mid 2nd, I view Jefferson as your more valuable piece.

If Dobbins is your guy, this should get it done. Seems like a bit of an overpay to me however.

I like Jefferson more so I would try Reagor and Akers for Dobbins.

I have been making moves to be in range for dobbins in every team I can. He may end up being my highest owned player overall at 9/14 shares.

Really high on Dobbins but I wouldn't make that trade. Really like Jefferson and he landed in a great spot.

Surprised so many are down on Dobbins. I probably wouldn't do the trade as you're basically giving up two picks around the 1.06-1.12 range for one pick in the 1.03-1.05 range. But I believe Dobbins can be the best RB in this class as soon as next year. The only reason he is going behind CEH and Taylor is that he likely won't have many touches this year and those two guys will. Besides that, Dobbins is the better RB than both of them or least way better than CEH imo. In dynasty, is waiting one year for the more likely better RB worth it? I'd say yes especially for rebuilding teams that might not want to win this year. What's nice is if you have the 1.01, you can trade down to 1.03 and pick up something with it which I would take all day.

Also, Akers is basically in the same situation as CEH but is thought of as a clear downgrade. Yes, KC has a better offense and Reid is great but McVay is also very talented and the Rams offense was great when they had a healthy RB to rely on in 2018. CEH has competition very similar to what Akers has to compete against. I just don't get that CEH is the 1.01 and Akers is thought of as more of a mid to late first round pick... doesn't add up.

I get the landing place is nice but no way I pay that for Dobbins and I would take it all day if offered.

Too much for Dobbins right now. I actually think he will be a little cheaper in season when the reality that Ingram and Lamar are stealing TDs from him. I prefer Akers to Dobbins right now, and Jefferson looks like he will be a starting WR from day 1 in Minnesota.

I voted Dobbins but based on value, I am sure you can get something in back. Ask for a future 1st back or a lesser WR. I don't like Jefferson at all but the community does.
