It would take a 2021 1st. He was most likely drafted in the first or early 2nd. So if I were to deal him away if I took him in the 1st I'd want a 1st + in return, in the 2nd I may do it for a 2021 first. All depends on where projected picks would be.

I'm not sure about that. Unlike a lot of rookies, he's arguably top of the depth chart on his team. All it's going to take is one 80 yards slant to the house, and his value will go up in the eyes of many, including people rostering him. Not many people will trade him for less value than they paid (later first in most cases) 8 games into his career.

You’ll probably have to pay at least a 21 1st and 2nd. If someone took him in the late 1st a couple months ago they’re probably not looking moving on from him for just a 21 1st unless there’s a strong chance that pick ends up being very early.

You’d want a different price depending on where you took him? That doesn’t make much sense to me. Price your guys based on how you value them not what you paid for them... if you value him as a late first, don’t sell for less just because he slipped to you in the 2nd.
To answer the question though offer a 1 but it’ll likely take more.

I took him at 1.12 in team 2 and I moved him for Corey Davis, a late first, mid second, mid third... Obviously that isn't going to happen many times but I think Ruggs could be really good and the guy really wanted him so I made him overpay (He actually made that offer).
