I'm in a 10 team dynasty league and currently in a rebuild mode. I've been offered this trade:

In 2021, I currently have the following picks RD1-1X, RD2-1X and RD3-1X. My current 2021 draft strategy will be an RB in the 1st round and WR in the 2nd round. BPA in RD3. AS A BONUS QUESTION WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON CAM NEWTON????????????????
If I were to take accept this trade then I would have three RD1 picks to build my team around which gives me a lot of flexibility with drafting next year or making trades.

I would hold Dobbins. He still helps your rebuild next your and should be the out and out starter then too.

The value is fine, I'd lean the picks side. But in a rebuild I think you are better off holding onto Dobbins here and selling your older vet players and getting more picks that way. I wouldn't be selling your young guys, that's just gonna push your rebuild back even farther.
Sell guys like LF, DJ, Ingram, AJG, Sanders, Tate, Gronk, etc etc.
In a 10 team one QB league, Newton has no value. If you have the roster space, I guess there is no harm in holding him, but if you need to make cuts, he's a top candidate.
