Mark Andrews - Whats he worth...?

Averaged more PPG (13.8) than AJ Brown did last year(13.6) and everyone wants to worship AJ brown.
Hurst has been traded

How do we value Andrews compared to that Wr2 range... such as DK Metcalf?

What range would you put Andrews in this years rookie draft.. 1.5 range? 1.7 range?

He's a very high 1st to me in TE premium and I would want better than Metcalf - so your thoughts for your league sound about right, if you're a fan of his (I'm not).

That said, trading TE's historically seems more difficult. Tried last year (since I have Kelce) but no one even made an for him after I immediately put him on the block after his first two awesome weeks (and whole year!), even teams with terrible TEs and/or rebuilding rosters.

Yea its a weird position to trade. Thanks for the reply, Yes i love Andrews i have him worth substantially more than Kelce for dynasty. Give me the guy who's 7 years younger all day.... not close.

Early to mid 1st. He looks like a top tier TE which is so hard to find in fantasy.

The hard part is predicting TE's. You can point to Kelce and see stable high production but then again Jimmy Graham and Julious Thomas ring any bells? Andrews looks great but then again as Lamar learns to be a better passer and runs less he is gonna spread more, go deeper into his reads and Andrews could suffer for it. I would say 1.7 is solid and would take him over the likes of Raegor or Jefferson pretty easy.

If I’m selling Andrews, I don’t think a mid first would be enough for me to move him. I’d need at least an early first.

Austin Hooper went for the 1.08 in an FFPC league. I really think M Andrews would require 1.07+1.08 or something like the 1.01.

I think the premium drops Andrews value relatively. Baltimore is too low volume of a passing attack. The young WR group is going to grow their target share. Even then I'd still want an early 1st.

Trading away a TE is sort of like trading away a QB in a start 1 QB league. The difference between Andrews and TE10 or TE12 is most often not big enough for other owners to pay a premium for it.

True but then the gap between TE's 1-5 and 6-12 is usually massive.

Positional scarcity puts him top 4 1st for me.

I'd still prob want more, but I put a real premium on the fact that there are maybe 3 good TEs then a bunch of guys.
