I'd rather have Mayfield than Tua. But I would MUCH rather have Adams than OBJ. Definitely the Adams side regardless of the QB situation and absolutely Adams given your QBs.

I countered with CeeDee Lamb thrown in Other owner is by far the best team in the league but probably won't do it. I think for my team it would be worth it.

I'd rather Tua over mayfield. But that's just because I can tell a story where Mayfield sucks again this year and Cleveland looks to replace him. Tua, well he's definitely (barring injury) going to be Miami's starter in 2021 and 2022. Adams is ahead of OBJ right now for me to, so give me Adams + Tua

I'm a huge fan of OBJ, but I think the value is with Tua & Adams. I also like mitigating risk a bit by not being so reliant on CLE to have a big year.

If this deal interests you, I would counter with adding something of value. I saw you said you countered with Lamb, doubt that happens, but it may get him to throw in a future 2/3 or similarly valued asset.

Yep. Personally I still think OBJ is a top 5ish WR talent but fantasy wise Baker being trash drags both of them down, as does run heavy offensive philosophy
