Moving Harry

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

This isn't a flame, I honestly am curious if you could explain your position abit more? I am not sure he is one of the most impressive prospects for 2019 WR's much less a long time.
In terms of college production at a young age and his athleticism across the board, won't find that combination in very many prospects. He was typically taken as the #1 WR in rookie drafts last year.

Fair enough, was just curious if you were looking at something beyond his draft capital and college. Thanks for the clarification.

Seems this forum is pretty split. I am too. I just hate giving up too soon. Though I'd like to get a shot at the 1.01 of course.

I would say alot of the split is coming from past experience. I remember this guy I had to have named Laquan Treadwell, I know Burleson broke my heart and was never Moss 2.0 but Treadwell! A wounded heart, once bitten twice shy, pick your own heartbreak song.

I can forgive an injury but when he played he was just a dumpster fire. Doesn't mean to much in a lost year on a bad passing team but do you think that offense is gonna be breaking passing records or this is going to be more like Brady/Dillon pats? I honestly think even if he becomes a legit WR1 he still wont put up the numbers some think because that offense isn't built for it.

Yeah, I hear you. It's only because I feel good about my WRs that I'd consider moving him. Also thought of offering Mostert + Coleman + Harry for CEH + 1st but that's probably asking too much.

Just hold him unless you can get a projected early 1st next year and leave it at that... Most WR’s don’t do anything their first year.

if it’s early projected it’s the 2021 1st, late projected I’m holding harry. That said...

He was a dumpster fire? He was playing with brady who has arguably the longest history of any qb in the history of the nfl of favoring WRs he is familiar with/has extensively worked with and being tough to get in rhythm with (for veteran as well as rookies). Coming off injury, Harry never had much of a chance IMO.

I would take an early to mid 2nd for Harry--maybe even a later one in 2020 if someone I like falls--so a 1st is a steal to me.

He couldn't separate against Pac 12 defenders and I don't like Stidham or the Patriots track record with with non slot WRs

Wes Welker went for 1100 and 8tds year 1 in NE, I think Randy Moss did ok his first year in NE too. Edelman took time to produce but frankly Edelman is as much a product of NE's system as any personal skills. Harry played badly on a personal level as a WR, he was just bad. As I stated it was a rough year and it doesn't mean to much as there were a lot of factors involved but it doesn't mean nothing either.

Projected to be a HIGH 1st round pick. Top five for sure.

I offered Mostert + Coleman + Harry + Hardman for CEH and he thought about it for a second, then passed. HE IS looking to rebuild and CEH is he core, and he wants his 2021 1st, as he ALSO thinks it'll be very high. So, no luck here.
