I like Brown better here too, but I think he struggles a touch because defense only have to worry about him in the secondary. No other receiver in Tenn requires much attention or game planning.
I can see Dobbins have a longer career than an average downhill RB because of the way he and CHE will be used. Meaning they are more valuable because of pass catching skills and elusiveness than Elliott who's calling card is power. But since this is a standard league, those PPR points are non existent, which makes Brown an even easier choice here.

I like Dobbins better for the next 2 years. AJB obviously has a decade long fantasy relevant career ahead of him so I would take him long-term.

I'm going Dobbins here, and yes it's a risk going with a rookie that will have to fight and earn carries in 2020. But I think he is capable of being an explosive back in that offense. I think he takes over the majority of carries/targets by the end of the year.
AJB I'm concerned about how defenses will treat hi. This year. His td efficiency was impressive next year, and while he may be able to produce just as many scores this year, I think it will be due to his target volume.
In a vacuum give me the risk of Dobbins. If your team is not competitive, or you are required to start far more wrs than RBs, I'd lean AJB

I'm pretty torn as I'm a huuuge believer in Dobbins especially in that RPO offense. I'm trying to win the ship this year which makes me lean towards AJB a bit, as he's got more of a solidified role. Wish I could have them both!
