No way that I would draft Tua ahead of Jones. Both have the same draft pedigree, and Jones has proven that he can play in the league. And he doesn't have an injury history. At worst, he's one spot ahead of Tua.
He's worth discussing compared to Burrow. I know the hype on Burrow is sky-high, but he hasn't played yet. I'd give the slight edge to Burrow because the likelihood of him ascending to top-5, top-8 seems higher to me than Jones', but I would put Burrow and Jones MUCH closer that Tua and Jones.

Jones looked OK at times, but he also looked oblivious in the pocket. Turnovers were an issue. Burrow is easily above him, as are the top RB's like JT, CEH and Dobbins for me. I like Tua more, but the injuries concern me. Anywhere after 1.05 to 1.10.
