So I personally don't think it's bad value at all.
I would state that your team looks like a competitor team for the most part and Woods is a nice depth piece that prevents other teams from being nearly as competitive. I am personally pretty high on woods this season where I could easily see him reaching 100 receptions and over 1200 yard and a top 10 WR finish.
My memory is a little foggy, but I believe it was from week 9 on last season Wood's numbers were on pace to be 120 catches and 1500 yards if you took that half year span and spread it over 16 games.
I wouldn't make the trade just based off your team.

I look at like this. Is his value going to go up? Honestly I don’t think so. I recently moved him after a lot of shopping and not a lot of interest. He ended up being a piece in the deal and not the centerpiece. I’m also a big fan of the wr depth in next years draft.
