Hayden Hurst? ADP?

Hayden Hurst is on the WW in my dynasty. I could use some TE help. Where do you think he'll go in a rookie / vet dynasty draft?

My TEs are Doyle, Jonnu, and Ian Thomas.

I have these picks:

1.06
3.05
4.05
4.08
4.10

Obviously not the 1.06, but hoping I can get a solid guy at 3.05. Think he'll be there at 4.05?

12-man, 1 ppr league, we start qb-rb-rb-wr-wr-wr-te-flex-k-d. Dynasty #3 team in signature.

I could see him lasting until your 3rd round pick. He probably shouldn't, but rookies are always more exciting.

I picked him up at 4.1 in my 10 team league. Jonnu went 4.5. I felt lucky that he fell....rookie fever!

I traded up to 2.6 (pick 19) to get him in mine.

Your best bet is that he drops to 3.05, but I wouldn’t bank on it. Maybe try packaging a couple picks and trying to move up a couple spots?

Agree with this. Especially if your draft is in August. His hype will continue to build.

Following. I would also like to acquire him in the rookie draft but I don't know if 2.6 is an overpay

Rookies always get overvalued and TE is not a premium position. I think he probably falls to the 4th, but would be willing to spend a 3rd on him. He's one I grabbed off waivers at the end of last season and he landed in a dream scenario replacing Austin Hooper.

I grabbed HH at 3.07 in my ten team draft. Two owners immediately texted me for a trade so he is definitely a wanted asset in rookie drafts.

He just went 2.3 in a draft. I think that’s about right. No sooner.

FWIW, in a 14 team superflex, I traded him away for the 2.06 and Malcolm Brown. For context, this was after the Hurst NFL trade but before the Gurley release and NFL draft.

I'd simply wait it out. If it gets to the late 2nd early 3rd I'd see if I could move up and grab him. Try and package your 3rd and late 4th to move into the late 2nd to nab him. Good luck.

Hurst is a better athlete than Hooper by a lot and is going to get Hoopers targets , I see a top 3-5 TE in him he could have a Kittle breakout , no way he should last until the 3rd round , I would try to get a mid 2nd to take him
