just got offered a large quantity trade but I’ll simplify it to the important players:

Give: Dobbins, Hurst, Lazard, Oliver (JAX TE)
Get: Swift, Kerryon, Hunter Henry, James Washington, Warring (HOU TE)

Basically this is Swift + KJ vs Dobbins, Henry vs Hurst, and Wash vs Lazard.

I see it as Swift + KJ = Dobbins, Henry > Hurst, Washington =< Lazard, Warring < Oliver

What do you guys think? I’m considering countering asking for a 2021 2nd or 3rd just to have a bit more value.

This seems close to a lateral move to me. I would take the Dobbins side just because I think he is the best asset in this trade as well as in a better situation long term than the 2nd best asset in the trade - Swift.

Dobbins side because of the system he was drafted into, but I agree this seems like a lateral move.

Thanks for the input so far everyone. I agree it mostly seems like a lateral trade to me. I figured the biggest concern was how big the gap between hurst and Henry would be and if that would make up the loss of value from the other swaps happening in the deal.
