To the OP, bear in mind, some saw him as a first round talent. He fell because of the aforementioned off field trouble and a bad pro day. He was immediately shining in dolphins camp last year. His work ethic was one of the reasons. So maybe he put the off field stuff behind him.
Xavien Howard, who rarely gives compliments that I've seen, called him a future WR1.
I think he's worth a shot. Proven he can do it. 2.11... What % of those work out? You basically have two dart throws with the picks. That's the way I look at these things personally.

I made the trade he added a 2020 3rd. I don't feel good at all about it though. There's a guy on Reddit on a crusade against PW, and makes a really good argument as to why he's a sell high. I still like the talent, but two ACL injuries along with a lack of draft capital was the deciding factor.
