Hopkins or keep Diggs & McLaurin

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Hopkins YPR fell an entire 2.3 yards last year which is a major red flag. On top of that, he didn't get the massive seperation he used to. He wasn't dominating jump balls and wasn't winning downfield as often.

If you paid close attention you'd see Watson looked to Stills and Fuller a whole lot. Hopkins was mostly his third down chain mover, he's becoming Fitzgerald esp.

I sent him out for Juju, D Slayton and a pick. Big win if you ask me.

why are we acting like Hopkins is old? he turns 28 this summer, he's definitely not young. But people are acting like he's 31. WR like him will last until they're 32-33. You have a solid 4 more years of really good production. Hopkins isnt a sell for me for another 2-3 seasons. I'm taking this deal, especially for a contender. Worse case scenario you sell him after 20' season and probably get more than what you bought him for.

No one is saying he's fried over night. All we're saying is sell @ WR1 price before he becomes a low end WR2 type. I agree there's another 3-4 years of production but the elite top 5 days to me are over.

I'd take the depth. McLaurin and Diggs should finish relatively close enough to Hop, plus youre giving up picks on top. FWIW I recently sold Hop for Kamara and a third.

I wouldn't count on selling for more or this owner would sell for more.

Worst case scenario is McLaurin is worth more on his own this time next year.

You seem to laugh at posts a lot without adding any insight. You seem to discount the argument against one side without providing any reasoning behind your argument. What's up with that? I mean another thread the guys post you literally answered with just "LOL". I just don't understand how that's helpful when the section is called "Team Advice". Not trying to pick a fight, just pointing out some sort of reasoning is often helpful to people who are posting here, as they are clearly looking for reasoning and insight into things, some haven't been playing Dynasty as long as others, either. I think that's important to remember. Peace.

I am going to side with the Diggs/Mclaurin side. This isnt value in vacuum this is about on your team. You have a stud starting lineup and 2 Sky high ceiling young WR's. Why trade for a middle age star who, if his name wasn't D.Hopkins we would all have serious questions about life in AZ and ultimately why he was traded there? Keep the young guys.

I am big on Diggs as a legit 1 and I am kind of stunned more aren't. Mclaurin had arguably the worst QB play in the league as a rookie and , well wow.

I don't see any scenario where McLaurin builds off last season. His targets are bound to go down. Hopkins skill elevates him above situation, see how many bad QB's he has had. Will he lose targets, probably, but in exchange for how much more single coverage and open space in AZ's offense he gains. This isn't close to me, but I also think McLaurin has had teh best fantasy season of his career
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

I would keep Diggs & McLaurin. I am higher on Diggs move to Buffalo than most and don't like the move to AZ for Hop at all.
