OTC rookie draft, who would you draft here?

12 team PPR dynasty league. We start 1qb, 2rb, 3wr, 1te, and 1 regular flex. Here is my roster:

I would probably go Pittman here. You may get luck and get tua with 2.8

With having Jackson, I wouldn't take Burrow here. I'd take Mims. Burrow if he drops to 2.08, but you should be able to get Tua there.
