A. Cooper value in QBs (SF league) non PPR

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

A. Cooper value in QBs (SF league) non PPR

Postby ravn88 » Tue May 19, 2020 1:28 am

After the draft an owner asked About Herbert.

I went back to Him with Herbert + C. Davis (or Another bench Wr) for Amari Cooper.

He said it was way too much for Cooper.
Would Tannehill be a better swap ?

My QBs: Baker, Tannehill, Brissett, Burrow, Herbert and Love.

My team Is rebuilding and with 7 picks in the first 2 rounds of 2021 draft, so big chance of a good QB next year.

Worth a shot, but I doubt that gets it done. Tannehill and Herbert are pretty close in value, and if he’s asking about Herbert, it doesn’t sound like he needs the player to start for him this year.

I would prefer Cooper over Herbert. What other WRs could you add? I don't think it is that far off, so maybe the other owner has Cooper way over Herbert, or just wants Herbert cheap.

So if it’s a SF and you landed Herbert, Burrow and you have Baker, Tannehill and Love I’d simply hold if your rebuilding. Leading into next years draft you hopefully won’t need a qb, freeing you to take wr / rbs.

Okey, Thats problably a good idea.

I draftet Hurbert, because he fell to far IMO. Im not a fan and was thinking i could trade him when his value rises.

Maybe its better when he wins the job

I would hold. You have a young QB core to focus your rebuild around in SF.

If you are rebuilding, I would hold. I wouldn't be going out and trading QB's in a SF to acquire Cooper in the middle of a rebuild.
