Tyreek Deals in rebuild

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Do any of these deals make sense?

Tyreek Deals in rebuild

Postby Slackalacker » Mon May 18, 2020 10:10 am

Team 2 in sig, .5ppr

I’m in year 2 of an orphan rebuild. I got some good pieces last year and own picks 1.2 + 1.3, but the league has some stacked teams and I know that I’d be at best middle of the pack this year if I tried to compete so I’d rather sell And play for 2021. One guy I’m looking to sell is Tyreek.

I want to send out these offers, are they fair value or too light?

Give Tyreek get: 1.1
Give: Tyreek get: 1.4 + AJB
Give: Tyreek get: 1.6 + Andrews
Give: Tyreek get: 1.7 + 1.10 + 2.6
Give: Tyreek get: 1.8 + DJ Moore

These are all unsent offers, I’m just seeing which are worth sending and which are either not enough or unlikely to get accepted. I’d also look to get 2021 1sts.

Hill is elite, therefore all these deals seem fair to me.

I'd take the Brown, Andrews, or Moore deal, but I doubt many Moore owners are willing to add 1.08 to get Hill.

Im with this guy. I traded Hill for 1.05 and Moore in my championship squad (pre nfl draft) and I have Hill in a rebuild and I would easily do those deals.

I am not sure I'd run to grab any of those deals, but I could see doing AJB and 1.4 over the rest of the options.

I'm on an island here as the only person voting to keep Hill. I'm surprised, too. Hill is elite -- elite!! (And young.) At the beginning of a rebuild, then it makes sense to move him. You're part way through, and your next step is accumulate a couple of elite players. Your depth overall needs work. But, that is MUCH easier to fill out then finding a player like Hill. If you move Hill to round out the back of your starting lineup, then you have a massive hole at WR.

As-is, with picks 1.02 and 1.03, you'll likely fill out your RB stable. That makes WR depth your only lingering issue. Trading away Hill for any of these packages doesn't solve your depth problem and creates another -- and bigger -- one. I'm holding Hill if these are the anticipated returns.

Thanks for the input so far guys. Seems like the AJB owner doesn’t want Tyreek so that deals off the table. I guess I’ll see what others are options.
