I made some changes this off-season to infuse some youth on my roster. I just traded Keenan Allen for 1.05, and I also have 1.03. So do I trade both picks for Michael Thomas?

That may be a decent price for Thomas but your roster is stacked as it is and you stand a good chance to 4 peat with what you already have. I would be tempted to use those picks on adding more youth to my roster to insure that my competitive window last longer.
